Poor service and utter lack of customer support

Note to begin with that I was a repeat customer. Purchased a NOS/demo Scion tC that for whatever reason they had for 2 years and had some dealer installed options. These included some aftermarket headlights. When I purchased the car the headlights were poorly aimed. After the third visit to get the lights to properly illuminate the road at night they told me the lights were after market and would not adjust...but the headlights were on the car they sold me as a new car. To add further insult I learned after having the car for a few months that they sold it to me missing the cabin air filter which allowed a mouse into the air blower with fatal and expensive results. Lack of support for a repeat customer and difficulty communicating with these idiots means I strongly suggest you buy elsewhere. P.S. the dealer installed backup camera donbuycrapped out also.

I, NGANJE HENRY BOVARY HOLDER OF ACCOUNT NUMBER 288**** FOR PAYOFF 2014 TOYOTA TACOMA BOUGHT FROM 355 TOYOTA IN ROCKVILLE MARYLAND, is at this moment and time suffering from stress developed from the DOUBLE DEALING of my AUTO FINANCE and payoff. That on I paid an on the support $10,000.000 down payment for my truck in March 2014 AND FROM 16TH APRIL, CONTINUED MONTHLY PAYMENTS OF $500.00 up to September 14th when NICO BUY CARS, based also in Rockville, Paid off the total value of this Truck in question. Since then A Santander who is only after money can not and has not up to date sent me a complete account of the transaction they financed and received money accordingly. They have indirectly collected my $12,500.00 I paid and the full payoff from NICO BUY CARS. What is this. Santander is supposed to refund my initial $12,500 and $2,800.00 ie a total of about 15,300.00 now or face redress. Double dealings are not good,.
