I would like to cancel my subscription
- - No one helps; only automated responses.
- - Unsubscribe requests ignored; login says email isn't an account, yet orders still arrive.
No one is helping me, nor am I getting a response other than an automated email that does nothing. I have sent out countless emails about how I want to unsubscribe and I get nothing. I try logging into my account and it says my email is not an account yet all the purchases and deliveries are still coming to that email.

Customer service is very poor, there is no one to speak with. I order two items and only received one of my purchase items.
However, I was charged for both.
I will be cancelling my subscription with three weeks if I don't receive my Skin drop product by then. March 29th 2022 is the last day that Ill wait for my product.

My last subscription order was NOV 2021 and I canceled. Since then, the auto-ship restarted without my authorization in FEB 2022.
I emailed and called with no response to reverse the charge as again, the shipment was UNAUTHORIZED. It has since happened again this month.
I am livid and no one is responding to my requests. I will never buy from this company again.

Still to this day I have received nothing regardless of complaints, instead they will NOT stop sending me emails for a review, which I leave one , and telling people save there money scroll past ect.. I emailed them telling to please stop sending me reviews to fill out because I will never give them credit for there product unless they send me what I paid for and I will see how it works, lol still nothing.
So I emailed again say please stop this is turning into harassment as well as a rip off. Still nothing
