Rude customer service
I was attempting a return via the website and it would not allow me to. I then emailed customer service to initiate a return. No response. I then called to initiate the return and was received by a very rude woman. I explained that I was trying to contact customer service and received no answer and that I wanted to initiate a return. I was then responded to like I was an idiot and the rep said check your spam box its from fed ex not dansko. I explained that I have yet to initiate any return paperwork due to lack of response. Long silence then a sharp reply of it will be sent via email. I said thank you very much I appreciate your help. The rep says yup and hangs up. RUDE

Let the company propose a solution
I purchased a pair of Dansko professional clogs in the Mosaic pattern. They retail for about $130. Several times, I "rolled" my ankles while walking in them, but about a month ago, I injured myself so badly that I still can't wear regular shoes (severe sprain). When I googled it, I was shocked to see how common this problem is with Dansko clogs! I emailed their customer service and was asked to submit photos of my shoes, which I did. I followed up twice with emails and have not heard a response from Dansko.
