Breach of contract
BEWARE!!! He is one of those contractors that breaches his own written contract.
Also, he bids low to win the job then at the end of the job he demands more money, or he will not come back to fix his poor quality work; nulls his year warranty if you don't pay him the price gouge he demands.
Very unethical business tactics. Run fast!
