Dan's advertises that they will refund half of the service call if they do some repair on your appliance. They don't. They also quote a huge cost to fix something and then they fix it in about 15 minutes. I ended up being charged over $230 per hour for labor to fix my appliance. I found out that Dan's appliances went out of business and that the owner sold his retail and services company to separate people. if you had a good experience with Dan's in the past it is because it was a different company.
