Faulty item

Danoz ignoring my emails and not responding. Finally after weeks of emailing they respond and say photos of the faulty item not clear .
I keep re sending and the same response . They are avoiding me and not giving me a refund for item that is faulty. Very unprofessional and this transaction has been very stressful .
And they dont even have a contact phone number. Never again purchasing from DANOZ
