I’m telling everyone to stay away from Danny.

This is the first time I've ever written a negative review about anyone but with, Danny, I have to make an exception. He lied in order to increase the bill, he charged me for things I don't think he did. He damaged The fender and paint, then put on a different color fender. To top it off, he was a real big *** about it. I took my bike there for service. While they had it they damaged the rear fender, it needed bodywork and paint. When I got it back, the paint didn't match. I called him on it, he said he was not going to repaint it, and gave me some *** excuses that weren't true. My experience with Danny is that he didn't stand behind his work and that he lied about it to avoid liability. Good luck DANNY

After Dannys cycle shop damage my rear fender, repaired it, painted it in the wrong color he refused to repaint it. I had my lawyer contact them with a demand for payment, they said that they have no record of any damage.

I am going to take him to small claims court and see if he’s willing to lie under oath to a judge. What an *** I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this guy, he’s not to be trusted.

Danny Did not do what he was paid to do

He had 2 of my bikes in there for over 7 months, I told him I want my bikes in and out as quickly. Every time I would call his shop he was never available to come to the phone or return my phone calls which were at lest 20 plus times 55 panhead, I only wanted to get it tuned up and where it was rideable, he told me it needs the tank lined and he would send it out, he stated the tank would be around $400.00-when I picked it up he charged me over $800.00, and then for a new battery...I had just put a new battery in it before bringing it to him. So the panhead required over 30 kicks to start it, so I kept it loaded on the trailer and took it to another shop. The second bike was a 2019 Indian Roadmaster Elite/With Sidecar that he had just put a new Rekluse clutch in, I only put 5,000 miles on it, and he had been telling me that Rekluse was having a clutch engineered to hold. After 7 months of it being in there I kept calling his daughter and telling her I need my bikes out as I have cancer, He then told me that Rekluse coverd the new clutch under warranty, and the were both ready. He also chared me for another new battery for this Indian. The same afternoon I picked the bikes up about 3:00 PM he was already calling me, he went to the bank and immediately tried to cash the check and my payroll check does not clear the bank until that very same night. But I know I was ripped off as the new clutch he said he installed was slipping on the way home and the front tire air pressure was low by 12 pounds. He never put a new clutch in this bike he had just adjusted it all the way out. I have spoke with Rekluse about every bit of this and explained to them what had happened. I have purchased another clutch and I watched it being installed and adjusted. He will never see my money again as I have spent over $10,000.00 at his shop in the past 18 months...

User's recommendation: DO NOT HAVE HIM REPAIR OR WORK ON YOUR BIKES.

Run do not walk from this place, unless you want horrible work and even worse service

Not even sure where to begin on how bad this nightmare was. The engine job was so bad I ended up trading the bike in at a huge loss because I knew I could never trust it beyond 100 from the house. Summary. Took months (Not weeks but months) for him to do a top end on a bike that in hindsight, I don't even think needed. I had to threaten to pull it before he even began to work on it because it sat there for months with no work being done. He then got mad because I stopped in several times after weeks went by with no call, after being told he would call. He added a ton of parts running up the bill that was 2x what was quoted. Telling me each step about how bad the previous build was and the parts were junk. Parts and build from reputable shops. When questioned he became very aggressive with me. When issues came up like a brand new motor billowing smoke when hot, he told me "good luck" with that. The motor made less power with a 107 build than the previous 103 build and his dyno numbers were way off as confirmed by another shop. While in his care he admitted they were out hot rodding my bike. Told me it needed breaks and had other issues. Sad part is it had performance breaks on it and the "other" issues like torn up motor mount, compensator and breaks all occurred from the way they treated my bike. I can not say it enough, run do not walk but run from those crooks. Don't fall for the old "under new management" thing. Danny owns it an has been there since day one running it. I can't say it enough. run from that shop, don't walk, run!!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Wasted 7 weeks of my time I will NEVER get back

I heard from someone he was good at the dyno ! Took my ultra there on 3/31/15 .Told him I did a cam change ... asked him to check the push rod adjustment then dyno. He said it would be a few days !! I said No problem .... Called a week later ... Hasn't been touched yet !! So I said to my self .. Okay I'll wait a lil longer .. Called back in a week ... The woman that answers the phone says she will give him the message !! No return call .... I get a call from danny while I'm @ work .. around 4 pm .. He leaves a message .He can't dyno ... says it has noise coming from the top of the rear rocker box and it has no oil pressure !!!!. I call back about 10 mins later .. answering machine... I call back 10-12 times .. No answer.. I leave a message ... Finally get a hold of him on the phone the following week ! I tell him to go a head and see whats making the so called noise and find out why now oil pressure !! 3 weeks no answer ! No call back ... The woman that answers the phone is either covering for danny or she is as dumb as a box of rocks....Call back every week until 5/20/15 .. Talked to some new guy that tells me NOTHING but the push rod adjustment has been done to my bike... I tell him good make sure it stays just like that .. I will be there to pick it up 5/21/15 !! Picked up my bike .. Took it to V Twin cycles and service in Humble,Tx .. Had it checked by a REAL TECH... There is NOTHING wrong with the bike ... NO top end noise ... OIL Pressure is fine... Called Mancuso Harley-Davidson Central ... Said I needed my hog dynoed ... They came to V Twin picked it up ... It will be dynoed, detailed and ready to go on 5/23/15 ..... For the same price that danny was going to charge !!! Maybe @ one time or another things were good @ dannys ... But now he is just a parts changer .. as long as there his parts... Hopefully people will be smart enough to read reviews before they use what is unfamiliar ... I know I will from now on !!!! For service V TWIN all the way !!!!

Bad, Bad Customer Service

Beware Employee psychotic, angry bordering on violent. Went there to have a tire changed on our Harley tire changed. Called last week to see whether or not a rear tire only could they change it out. No problem as they indicated on the phone, we drop off the bike and our tire on Tuesday for them to change out and they said it would be done by noon. Called 1:00 said they we're not able to do a rear tire only. We get there to pick up the bike and the tire had been removed from the bike and we would have to wait but not before either it was the shop manager or owner tried to humiliate us for bringing this in. When we told him that we asked if it could be done he was bent on telling us off. So we went outside and waited. 45 minutes pass and we went back in and ask how long it was going to be and the guy went off. He got into a heated exchange with my husband who I sent outside and he threatened if my husband wanted to take this out to street....then paused. I calmly told him just get the bike back to us and we will be on our way, and he was again bent on further humiliating us saying you don't bring your own steak to a steak house and have them cook it. (I didn't say anything because he would have just had a bi-polar meltdown and I was genuinely in fear of my safety). Don't go here especially if you don't want to take it out to the street.

I have all my bike work done there and yes he can be slow because he is very good and always busy! As for your tire he will not put an unmatched set on any bike IT IS NOT SAFE!

He also will not put on a used, patched, plugged, or an old out of date tire again because of Safty issues. You need to be in fear of your life if you got that tire put on your bike somewhere else!
