Where are your father’s cooler for camping daddy will keep ice in the cooler for at least a day or two

Well as the day went by in the next day what I see in the cooler it was all melted we got a second cooler just happen to buy it at a yard sale and that's still had ice in it wasn't all melted like the original cooler we bought brand new one, so it's really sad I thought igloo cooler was an excellent brand, but apparently it's not are there is a malfunction they didn't put enough coolant to seal the inside to keep ice-cold. Thank it would hold ice longer than just six hours and not be melted. Were not able to return it back to the store I'm not able to reply my receipt and since it's been sitting outside useless they can't read the barcode, so now We are stuck with a useless cooler I'm stuck with some cooler that can anymore
