BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONS & LYING

I ordered from Dank City Seeds 3 July 2021. $162 thru Cash App, at vendor's instructions. Today's 16 Aug, I still have nothing. several msgs to Mike Snodgrass, (personal #). First msg. No answer Second msg I get "went out last week") which woulda been over 2 wks after I ordered. I waited....Third msg me asking for tracking #, no answer. Fourth msg, no answer. Cash App said "vendor refused to refund". As of today, 16 aug, I have neither product nor refund. They also offer "money back guarantee". Does anyone wanna trust that one? My friends &;;;;;;;;;;;;; I had high hopes...only to b scammedo not buy from thered Thanx Susan 16 aug, I still have neither
