Daniel no longer keeps the popular items in the store. Orders are placed through their website.
I ordered a jacket, but they sent it to the wrong address. The jacket was returned to them by the shipper, but no refund was provided.
I have been chasing them for a refund for over a month. Do not order from this company.

They are hard to reach. Nobody answers the phone. Have returned item by express post and they did not initiated the refund yet.

I love Danier for the quality of their products and have been a satisfied customer for over 20 years. i try to treat myself to a new jacket every year.
Sadly, they have closed their location in Montreal so i have been ordering from their website and never had any problems until now. This year i ordered myself a Jacket in Large and the got the confirmation. A few days after i get a call from their customer service saying that they had sent me the wrong size by mistake and that i would have to call back their customer service to get an exchange for the right size ( no idea why she didnt take care of fixing the exchange at that moment). I recieved the jacket in 2XS the next day.
I tried to call the customer service but it says that due to a high volume of calls we have to contact them by email. I sent them a very detailed email to explain what happened and requesting an exchange. First answer from them: they confirmed the date i recieved the order (?) which was not what i was asking. 3 emails later they sent me a waybill to send the jacket back and i will have to replace an order as they dont do exchanges.
I paid for the return enveloppe and sent it back and i dont know if they will send the other jacket once the other one ( with a compensation would be amazing!) is returned orwhen i can expect my refund (500$).I tried calling a few times and always get the same automatic message ( Tno one is available to take your call...) theres a delay of 24 hours because you can get a one sentence answer by email.
Again, i am a fan of the brand but this experience was very disapointing. I think that Danier is high quality brand and should have a matching quality service.
