A customer of Daniels for more than 20 years. This year they failed to provide me with an update and contract in July. I called this month inquiring and learned they use email for notices and mispelled my name in the email. I am now paying almost $1000 for oil this season. No follow up, no apology just saying this is the email on file. As a side note the email from prior years had no problem getting to me as long as it is used correctly
