I received my order in a timely manner. However the jewelry (graduated tennis necklace) and other pieces in little baggies and each piece was kinked and bent at angles that cannot be straightened out.
And w/all of the pieces. Who as a professional jewelry designer would ship their products to customers like this which makes it unless.
I will never buy anything from this business again. Customers service is a joke, wont even respond

I placed an order for two RONDELLE PAVE BLACK CHARM NECKLACES for both of my daughters for Valentine's Day. I have yet to receive them -- even through I did receive an email saying "YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED!" When you call or email their establishment, NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE OR CALLS YOU BACK OR RESPONDS TO EMAILS.THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NOT DELIVER THE PRODUCT!!!
