Regarding watch issue
I had gave my watch at dw store in infinity malad on 26 Jan 2024 for changing the battery, yet it has not been changed and now I am calling on the number given by store manager is not reachable.Its been 11 days I haven't received any response regarding the watch.
Please look into the matter on priority and resolve as soon as possible otherwise I need to take an action against it.

Not replying to my complaints
I have two complaints . First I bought a ring whose size was incorrect so I returned it but got no refund and then I ordered another ring on which I got an empty package box with no ring . I lost total 10000 rs

Utter looters, you placed a return they'll come pick up the product with no sign or communication of the refund!
