Took my deposit and never did the work

I also got took by this guy. We were trusting enough to give him up front deposit for supplies and he put us off week after week after week and now I can't get ahold of him by phone.

He was supposed to put up new gutters and replace some bad siding. I agree with the person that thinks we should all get together and get his arrested for theft, fraud, embezzeling or something. I feel really *** for not checking him out.

We are usually so careful, so he seemed like a really nice guy and we were fooled! I am furious.
