Did Not Finish My Fence
Daniel Foster is a self employed contractor that lives in West Memphis Ark. I live in Memphis TN in the SE side of town.
He was referred to me by an relative and he was to put up a partial fence on the side of my house but did not return to finish the job nor did he give me my receipts for the wood he bought. He did not line the posts up with the edge of my house.
Kept coming up with personal excuses not to finish my fence. I had to hire some other guys to complete the job.
