I am so upset about the fact that I ordered dinner tonight for my family and waited an hour and a half just to find out that the order was never received by my local DAngelos. I did receive an email confirmation saying that my order had been received, and that it would be delivered between 706 and 7:36 PM.
When I called DAngelos, they had not received my order at all. Unfortunately this delayed our having dinner until close to 8:30 pm. I didnt even get an apology from the person answering the phone.
I feel as if I should be compensated my meal in full. I certainly hope that my credit card doesnt get charged for a meal I never ate.

Complaint/refund
I got a medium chicken salad sub and there was hardly any chicken salad on it. Feel like Ive been completely ripped off, employees at the store said they couldnt do anything about it.
I just want a refund, full or partial. Charging customers full price for a tiny sandwich is literal robbery. Im sick of companies taking advantage of us customers.
Experiences like these make me go out and eat less. Please make this right, and Ill reconsider going back to the Canton location.

I ordered a blt add grilled onions and cheese got the sandwich with no lettuce or tomatoes on it this is not acceptable I order there quite frequently usually never have any issues very disappointed

I visit one of your stores in Raynham Massachusetts the D'Angelo's. on South Street West.
I placed my order and a woman comes from out back and told me if I didn't have a mask I had to leave I have a medical condition I tried to explain it to her but she did not want to hear it.
so they totally screwed up my order and made me feel like an imbecile because I have a condition. if I do not get a phone call back by someone this evening I will be contacting my attorney and he's going to *** use with a cactus like you did a charlie Baker my number is 774-627-****.

Bad experience
Messed up my sandwhich had attitude about remaking it when it was remaid it was burnt and crunchy absolutly gross couldnt even eat it would like a meal to compensate

Two guys were working and a younge lady as well it was around 2:45 pm the two guys were extremely loud so I can hear there conversation Out in ure dining room.. the conversation isn’t appropriate for a restaurant like this ....
I even tried to video it but I was to far away... there was a younge woman out in the dining room she was about to go in the back room and I asked her what are there names and she told me she’s very pleasant...
there names are shauwn and mark he had a managers shirt on.... ive spoken to Charlie about this before I’m surprised that Mark is still there with a foul mouth like he does

i ordered a simple BLT,what could go wrong??? Let's begin,first,when you open the sub to look inside the other side splits so now both sides are open,so it does not matter which side you *** the food will fall out,but i did not need to worry as there was not enough food to fall out.
Second step, there was more bread than anything,i almost thought it was just a loaf of bread.Third step, there were 3 small slices of tomato dark in color that had a bad taste as i believe they had gone bad,so now i am down to a BL as i threw out the T. Fourth step,the shredded lettuce which was used sparingly was wilted as you did not hear that crunch when eating crispy fresh lettuce that you should,instead you picked off the substitute they call lettuce.Fifth step, i am now down to the B,again no crisp to the B which was slapped down in one spot as opposed to spreading it out when making a real sub was so very chewy when you *** down this so-called bacon will not separate it comes out all at once,unlike real crispy bacon that will separate when you *** down.Now I have no B OR L OR T just bread which I would have been better eating with butter as that would have been an upgrade.Then they have the nerve to actually charge close to $9 for bread.I was so mad even the next day thinking how i wasted $9 for what they call a sub and how I could have used it to buy BLT at the grocery store for less money,fresh L and T and made an appetizing sub enjoying every ***.Bread and butter can run circles around a D'angelo's sub.I just remembered why I don't get subs there.The sixth step incase you missed the other five,the sub was inedible and the company should be ashamed,embarrassed and get a conscious instead of ripping of hard-working customers that only want one thing and that is to get an amazing sub that is over priced,but we do not mind because it was that good that we will return and until that day happens.I will never return.
