No gift card sent after completed pitch call
- - Gift card promised after the pitch; not delivered in 3+ weeks.
- - I didn't move forward due to incompatible tech; the rep stopped replying.
Its been over 3 weeks following a pitch call and the gift card that was promised for completing a pitch call has not been delivered yet. I did not move forward with the company because of incompatible technology.
The sales person I worked with stop responding to my emails.
Then I informed him that I was going to start asking on online forum if this is a common occurrence. He then responded to my emails, but Dandy still did not deliver a gift card to me.

- - Crowns are defective and must be replaced.
- - They lie about crown delivery dates.
- - The dentist can't get a response from the business.
Dandy's crowns are garbage! Defective and will need to be replaced.
And you will have to nag them for weeks (or longer) for the replacement.
Also, they lie about delivery dates for crowns. And the dentist seems to be helpless in getting response out of this corrupt business.

Lost Dental device
- - Digital scan for a flipper began Nov 6, 2024.
- - Completion slipped; I canceled an appointment.
- - Tracking showed only a label; UPS never received it.
On Nov 6 2024 I had a digital scan for a flipper. I expected it to be complete Nov 15th.
Later told it would be done Nov 22. I had to cancel my appt. with periodontist. Was not complete on Nov.
22, but I was not told. Said it would very soon. Made appt periodontist Dec. 3rd but not done.
Told it was to be Dec 4th. Then told it was being shipped Dec 9th and would arrive Dec.10th. Did not arrive. Dec.
11th said it was waiting for UPS pick up on Dec 11th for delivery Dec 12. Gave me a tracking number but that showed only a label printed. Account manager lied and said it was shipped for overnight Dec. 12.
UPS data did not show this.
Later in the afternoon someone called my dentist and it was lost by UPS but UPS said they never rec'd it.
Was continually lied to regarding ccompletion. dates when it was lost for the beginning
User's recommendation: Do not let your dentist send a scan to this lab. Lied to myself and dental providers for 5 weeks when sample was lost. Horrible customer service. Account manager had no ethics to admit mistake and be honest. I had been in pain for 5 weeks and no one care.
