Lost Dental device
On Nov 6 2024 I had a digital scan for a flipper. I expected it to be complete Nov 15th.
Later told it would be done Nov 22. I had to cancel my appt. with periodontist. Was not complete on Nov.
22, but I was not told. Said it would very soon. Made appt periodontist Dec. 3rd but not done.
Told it was to be Dec 4th. Then told it was being shipped Dec 9th and would arrive Dec.10th. Did not arrive. Dec.
11th said it was waiting for UPS pick up on Dec 11th for delivery Dec 12. Gave me a tracking number but that showed only a label printed. Account manager lied and said it was shipped for overnight Dec. 12.
UPS data did not show this.
Later in the afternoon someone called my dentist and it was lost by UPS but UPS said they never rec'd it.
Was continually lied to regarding ccompletion. dates when it was lost for the beginning
