Super bad Quality & Lack of services
- - -175 MT of used paper; two wire payments: 30% Feb 14; 70% Mar 22 2023.
- - -Material unusable, damp with glass fragments and mold; claim filed 7 Jun 2023.
We ordered used paper for re-pulping Qty 175MT from Mr. Umeshraj to Thailand.
2 times payments were made by bank; 1st wire payment (30%) on Feb 14 and 2nd wire payment (70%) on Mar 22, 2023.
Total loss amount: USD14,091.56
We received the material but all of them is unusable and damped garbage like because of plenty glass fragmented mixed in and exceeded moisture & mold.
We rejected all of it with claim for reimbursement as agreed contract, also issued a claim report to them on June 7,2023. But we couldn't reach them at all, they just escaped!!
