Extreme delays in order fulfilment - Unmanned phones
Ten days after my order was placed and nothing. No update, no shipment and no human answering the phone.
After three email requests for an update, no news, definitely no date when the order would ship, just a rubber stamp reply of it's the holiday season.
In spite of this I get daily email notifications of big sales on their products, so they are soliciting for more business without a care about fulfilling orders they have already received. AVOID using them if you care about dealing with a reliable, responsive company because this ain't it!
