Would not accept a return
This company claimed to sell the same waist wrap as the version on Tiktok. It does not! If it wrapped around several times it is possible I would have kept their product. It was very uncomfortable and only wrapped around me twice but not enough to even stay in place. I asked for a refund if I returned their product and was refused. They stated that I was sold exactly what they were selling. They only displayed the Tiktok version on their site not the actual wrap they were selling.
