Worst team of sales managers and LIARS I have dealt with in my life. They sales people will actually steal your vehicle to "bully" you into prchasing another.
Hid my vehicle, stole my keys, then I left to walk home. The sales then showed up at my home the next morning at 8am with a vehicle I did NOT want. I wanted my other vehicle returned to me but Dan Vaden in Brunswick,Ga REFUSED!

Purchased a 2018 Chevy Cruze Premier ( 698 miles),with trade in of 2017 vehicle that had very low mileage. The Cruze was to be delivered Aug.11,2018.
Now at this time we are driving a " loner vehicle" and I am so excited to pick up my new vehicle. NO NEW CRUZE! MY VEHICLE WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND! No one could to tell me wehere it was!
I asked about the tag on the back. All sales people looked as if I had asked tbem an extremely personnal question. I was not leaving without either or! Finally the salesman I had been working with told me it would be delivered on Monday.
I thought,hmmm, chickens are laying square eggs somewhere! He asked me to pick my new cruze up between 4-5 pm . I arrive Monday, Aug. 15th 2018, at 4: 30 pm.
NO new Cruze for me to pick up. My vehicle I had traded in was nowhere in site and my auto tag was still not returned to me! To top that off all sales people had no idea where neither vehicle was!!! I was demanding my trade in back.
I needed to go home. I had wasted in 3 days a total of 13 1/2 hrs at Dan Vaden. I never will get that time wasted time back. That was a ridiculous amount of time at "1"car dealership and never again there.
Well, I told potential customers"Don't buy a vehicle from here" and nothing more. The sales manager came out, threatened to call the police for "slander" of all things. That was NOT slander. Guess he never heard of freedom of speech.
Told me I had to leave before police was called to me. I was not a woman. Then asked me to come back as I "walking off the premises " .I was walking due to not having either vehicle at this point! Sales mgr.
even lied about his name! I talked to other customers and found out that this was not the only time he has done this customers.
Then two days later a salesman comes to my home with the Cruze with different mileage as is on my contract. Contacted Chevrolet home office,GM was to contact, as of 8/19/18, nada!
