YAKIMA, Wash. -- A recently filed lawsuit involving a Yakima man at the center of a barrage of financial allegations on the Internet sheds little new light on what's become a matter of intense speculation. The lawsuit names R&R Investments, a general partnership comprised of Dan Gaub and his widow, Dawndee, and alleges they were delinquent on a $75,000 loan. It was filed last week in Yakima County Superior Court by Yakima attorney Carter Fjeld on behalf of a couple in Lake Tapps, a suburb of Tacoma. He stressed the lawsuit is over a promissory note and was not part of an investment plan. Fjeld said he's heard "there's a lot of people who invested with him and are unhappy about it. However, I don't represent them right now." Gaub died May 4 when his motorcycle slammed head on into a semi-truck on Summitview Road west of Yakima. After his death, Yakima resident Jack Baugher alleged Gaub took him and others for hundreds of thousands of dollars. Unidentified Internet bloggers have repeated the same claims and last week FBI agents raided an Englewood Avenue home owned by the Gaubs. The FBI has, however, refused to comment on the case. Meanwhile, authorities have yet to determine what caused the crash that killed Gaub. The Washington State Patrol has refused to release 911 recordings made prior to the crash, saying they are part of an ongoing investigation.

Judges recused themselves because of Dan Gaub and that so many of the victims were connected to Judges. One of the victims was the court house administrator and her husband.
To say it was because of Jack is a lie. Do your own research and do not let Gaubs mislead people with more of their cons.
Nathan Gaub is behind the man known as "lee".
Jack has a A+ rating with the BBB and in 25 years, no one has been sued as a result of any business they have done with Jack. Can the Gaubs say the same.
Ask Jack, if he will sit down and talk and answer questions. Then ask the Gaubs if they will. Talk is cheap. Facts and evidence will trump Gaub lies any day!
Just saying!! :eek
This post about Jack, by a fake name of Lee, is the Gaubs. They are trying to defame victims of the scam the Gaubs committed.
We know Jack, we know he has put up his name, phone and how to reach him. Gaubs refuse to answer questions and are trying to defame the name of Jack because he stands up to them. Find one person to come forward and say Jack has defamed them until they settle. I mean lets see some facts.
Gaubs have been asked this a million times. To date, they have not brought forward anything to support the lies about Jack. The question is, why are the Gaubs trying so hard to have people forget about their crimes? Google each name of the Gaub clan and the word scam and read up facts.
Very different from Gaub allegations. Who cares if Jack sold pepper sprays 20 years ago without a permit? Big criminal act. Lets focus on Ken Gaub, his fake miracles.
Nathan Gaub, he fake reports of being a FX success story and victim of 300K in investments with his brother. Jourdan Gaub two million in victims funds given to him by his scam artist Daddy. Then their is precious Dawndee Gaub. A woman that sat by Dans side conning victims to the last moment.
Never filed her taxes, knew the Gaubs were broke, yet helped her husband get more victims including her own friends.
The Gaubs are under investigation by a grand jury and lets hope that they are all indited!!! :grin
Jack Baugher is a convicted criminal that sues people and then defames them on the web until they settle. he is a legal thug that used the courts to go after so many people that his most recent case had to go out of town to find a judge as every judge in town recused. Be very careful if you do business with him get a lawyer first to be sure that the business is legal so you don't do anything that would get you sued.
