Wonderful and safe tours

I have been on a number of tours with Dan Dipert, and am completely satisfied. The buses are modern, clean, and well maintained.

The drivers are trained, and personable. All in all, a series of fantastic experiences. The tour directors are very friendly, and know their business. They kept us entertained, and informed of the scenes we were passing as well as the historical information.

My wife and I felt very safe, and thoroughly enjoyed every tour we took with them. It was very easy to reserve space for our tours, and the phone people knew their job. Very courteous and helpful.

We will continue to ride all over North America with this great company. Thank you for the opportunity to share this information with you.

Other Product Review

This guy doesn't even mow his grass. It's two feet tall and rodents are invading my eighty year old parents yard .

I sure would give my business to a *** of his caliber. Too cheap to mow his yard I can only imagine the shape of his busses

I had a bus trip to *** and back

I just returned from a trip to Bransford, Mo on the bus from ***. When Our driver left Dallas he was swerving from lane to land (you know the traffic devices in the asphalt to let you know your have ventured to far) several times he would pass vehicles cars, trucks and 18 wheelers to close.

Once when look ing out the window I saw we were two inches from the bridge guard rail, finally fifty passengers scream stop, pull over. Seems our bus driver was falling asleep. We set in 105 degrees waiting for a replacement driver and or bus. Finally arriving at our destination at 10:30 at night, tired, sitting over 14 hours in uncomfortable seats.

Fifty-five senior citizens deserve to get out every two ours from the cramped quarters and stretch their legs and any cramps they may have. Did I mention the Tour director loved to have fifty-five passengers use the toilets at and eat a Mc Donald's? Have you seen the tiny bathrooms, and the long lines. I tried to explain the multitude of restrooms at WALMART And LOVES TRUCK STOPS, but she and driver would not listen.

On the way back the bus driver got lost and we spent 45 mins extra on the road. Our air conditioner went out, in 104 degrees on Sunday.

Has anyone heard of the bus trip fromHell and back. I will continue this saga when I hear we got full compensation, and apologies from a trip no one should have to endure.

Dan Diepert Bus tours and the trip to ***

I just got back from a bus tour to Bransford, Mo. The bus driver fail asleep, and if fifty-five passenger hadn't complained he would have kept driving.

when he left Dallas, he continued to go back and forth in the lanes of traffic, he (when passing) got as close as possible to cars, trucks and 18 wheelers, I looked out the window once and the guard rail was less than two inches from the bus. The air conditioning failed in August with outside temperatures over 104 degrees, it was miserable in the bus.

The tour director insisted that fifty-five passengers go to use the tiny bathrooms McDonalds furnish. I will continue this tale of horror later and inform you of any compensation from DAN DIEPERT of Arlington, Texas.

Chartered bus service that provided unsat service

Dan Diepert Motor Coach service, Arlington, Tx. was rented by our youth basketball team to travel to Wichita, Ks.

for national tournament. During our travel the air condition failed and temps reached over 100 degrees outside which made it even hotter inside the coach.

Bus was at capacity with 56 passengers that included parents and team members that had to endure this intense trip for 3 days and upon return and after contacting the company that refused to accept responsibility of providing unsatisfactory service and offering some type of compensation. We paid for a "Caddilac Coach" but received Volkswagen Trolley

Terrible bus ride to columbus tx

The bus ride to camp - columbus tx was terrible the driver was following the other driver in head of him because he did not know how to get To the camp and was speeding and trying to keep up with the other bus and passing dangerously- this was a shorter version of bus and the side of the bus read on the side GM transportation Inc.

The emergency latch on the window rattled the entire four hour trip and you could feel every bump the bus hit and I'm not exzagerating either.

THAT BUS NEED TO BE RETIRED FOR GOOD!
