If could rate as a worse rating but don't go low enough
- - Ram 5500: draglink not fixed; tie rods and adjuster bar replaced, alignment as close as possible, but steering off and tires damaged in 140 miles.
Took Ram 5500 in they said tie rod end bad when the draglink was bad. So they ordered a new tie rod end.
Took it back in then they ordered the whole thing both tie rods and adjuster bar had to go back in.
When done they said have alignment as close as they can get it but steering wheel 1/4 off traction control beeping and steering is binding when driving said they have as close as they can. Next morning took it for a alignment it front tire was 2.5 inches toed in distroyed my tire in 140 miles but yet they have it as close as they can get it they say and now they won't do anything about it never did fix the bad draglink either very poor

Preferred solution: Replace the tires they distroyed fix the draglink and pay to have the alignment redone
User's recommendation: Would recommend never take anything to Dan Deery motors to have fixed tried calling Ram but got nowhere and getting nowhere with Dan Deery motors either going to end up costing me $2200 now to have fixed correctly another alignment and two new front tires because of Dan Deery motors screw up. NEVER BUY RAM OR USE DAN DEERY MOTORS FOR SERVICE would really like Teena from RAM retention to call me 319-215-****
