I dont think its very ethical to have a car dealer that adds points to the bank quote that was givin in reference top your credit score. car dealers dont have a license to lend money or control the interest rates after the bank issued the rate. Its so unethical and they have contract to not tell the consumer the rate the bank actually quoted. This process is exactly what Donald Trump was and still is doing to decieve people and fraud prospects.

Repairs on my car
I made appointment at dan deery auto sales for them to put a back window wiper arm and blade On my car.I dropped my car off, then in 3 hours later i stopped to pick it up and it was not even in the shop. They could not give me a good excuse why it was not fixed...

brought in my car for shaking at low rpm. after 8 weeks they finally called me for the first time and said they were done. they completely ignored the reason i brought it in and replaced the RMS so the problem was never fixed
