Visa required
Hello! I bought a ticket for my mom and wanted to check her in.
But the system asked me for visa which we dont have.
I mother is a Ukrainian citizen and holds a valid biometric passport. I am trying to check in for this flight from Dublin to Romania, but the system is requesting visa information, which should not be required.
According to current EU and Romanian entry regulations, Ukrainian citizens with biometric passports can enter Romania without a visa for up to 90 days within any 180-day period, for tourism or personal visits.
Please advise how I can proceed with check-in, or update your system to allow check-in without requiring visa information.

Bad service
No one answers; you can't find any phone number to contact them. I tried many ways just to find an answer for my question before I make my reservation, but there's no way.
