Damaged and defective products.
I received an order from them today and I couldn't be more disappointed. The saber I ordered had a slight dent on one of the fins.
It's barely noticeable unless you look closely. The second issue is the free saber they sent along with it doesn't work properly. Probably a defective button.
I tried reaching out to customer disservice but no response. As usual.

Preferred solution: I'd like a replacement soundcore.
