Can't Return unsolicited goods.
These people are obviously a scam company.
Waited a month for return address, still no reply, one ordered item received, not what was ordered. Three other items not ordered still in plastic bags.
Have requested return address, 8 Emails sent.
What is the best way to get £100 plus refunded to my Cap One card?

I ORDERED A BAG A NECKLACE AND EARRINGS THEY ARRIVED EVENTUALLY BUT WAS FAULTY ON ARRIVAL. THE BAG IN THE PICTURE LOOKED LIKE A BEAUTIFUL COLOURFUL TEXTURED BAG AND NO THERE WAS NO DESCRIPTION ON THEIR WEBSITE OF WHAT THE BAG WAS MADE FROM.
WHEN IT ARRIVED IT WAS A PRINTED PICTURE ON A NYLON MATERIAL NOTHING LIKE THE BAG IN THE PICTURE.IT WAS VERY POORLY STITCHED AND THE STITCHING WAS COMING UNDONE AND THE ZIP VERY HARD TO OPEN.
THE NECKLACE HAD STONES MISSING AND THEY WAS NOT IN THE PACKET. THE EARRINGS STILL HAVE NOT ARRIVED.I CONTACTED THEM BY EMAIL AS NO PHONE NUMBERS AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND ME FOR THE FAULTY ITEMS AND TELLING ME IT WILL COST ME TO MUCH TO SEND THEM BACK!!!!!
I CAN’T BELIEVE THEY EXCEPT ME TO PAY FOR THE RETURN WHEN THE ITEMS CLEARLY LEFT THEM FAULTY!!!!

No refund for fake merchandise
Ordered 3 items none of which are as described. A cashmere hat was completely synthetic fleece worth 10% of the price they charged and hand knit wool socks turned out to be synthetic machine made crap. It seems they take pictures of quality items then reproduce them using the cheapest materials substandardly, then ignore any refund or return requests.

Not the advertised item I received
Never would of ordered the item I received. In all by the time I paid postage it worked out @£40 for something I could of bought for £2-99 at the local warehouse.
Nothing like what the advertising. Daylight robbery.
Shame on them. They need closing down and made to refund all the people they have ripped off!!!!

Non repayment for returns
I have paid £25.00 postage to china for two garments, one of which was the wrong one and the other was abysmal and not at all as described, Thet insist thet havent had it even though their is a sticker on the wrapping I sent with their area on it and they have wrapped it up and one fo their invoices is missing, I have relyed this information to them numerous times and they just dont listen and keep making excuses

I made and paid 20 Jan 2020 and still no item they hardly reply to my emails and in really annoyed it's been 5 months. I told them I want money back and they said it's wait till boots come then decide

Do not buy from this company.
I brought a items of [what was described]and looked like lovely knitted jumper.When this item arrived it only had a vague resemblance to the item I had ordered.
It was not at all knitted but a cheap and nasty sweatshirt, with a similar pattern printed onto the fabric.
I am now in the process on trying to get my money back.
This is clearly a scam.
