Worked for Dallas Trailer Repair for Fed ex contract in Overland Missouri and their supervisors and the co-workers full of people with no knowledge of the work for tractor trailer mechanic they will hire anyone and will do you dirty once their informed back to the location on Dallas Texas finds out you are of color and they will not let you in a supervisor spot or shop foreman. I had 12 yrs + of knowledge and over everyone and recently worked for a company in Atlanta GA with L&N doing the same contract work for Fed Ex, I asked about the position and informed the company back in Dallas Texas that I was the right candidate for the job by far, never got a response and they hired more mechanics with no experience then even hired a guy to run a diesel/trailer mechanic shop in the next two weeks fired me when I was sick with covid then covered their *** and called to hire me back then had an old lady from the Texas shop come down and fire me two weeks later with so many lies and I show her everything she said was lies even had a co-worker from her shift tell her right in front of me that I did all the work she lied and said I didn't but I had the paperwork and they where back loaded and on the road.
Worse part I was missing two paychecks back in December of 2022 and then some way after never getting them they was cashed and ive been fighting the situation since then to this very day with pathward N.A bank who won't respond back with information and Rapid Pay has kept me on a run around every two weeks saying that still can't see where it was cashedand Dallas trailer repair and theHR team Co-Advantage has told me figure it out myself it's out of their hands when it's the law for a company to pay you when their bank mess up!!!
The situation is crazy but yes that's who that company is... SCAMMERS AND THEIVES!!!
