They were so quick to take my $658 for the Tao Tao electric kids Ek80 48V 80cc go cart. However when they brought it out to load it wasnt running. The guy said someone must of left the key on and ran down the battery. He also said that when I got it home if it didn't charge bring it back and they would make it right. Once I got it home it charged and my grandkids whom I bought it for got to ride it one time and it went dead within an hour. I tried to charge it again, however it wouldn't charge so i took it back and they had it for almost 4 weeks. During the almost 4 weeks we called continuously without any explanation and or no return calls. Finally went to pick it back up and the only answer I could get was they couldn't get the part ( charger ) for it due to the pandemic corona virus going on. Sucks to spend that much money on a non working product. As a former business owner myself even though their refund policy is none, in a situation like this to make it right would be to refund in full.... VERY VERY VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!! And Zal as the manager / or owner which ever returns no calls at all, nor can you even leave a message for his voicemail is full. Needles to say I'm out $608 for a product that worked 1 hour then stopped working. I now have not only the BBB information to turn them in but also Channel 4 and 5 consumer complaint numbers programmed into my phone. I will be reporting to them all. They get a ZERO rating from me even though 1 star is checked. BIG FAT THUMBS DOWN!!!!!!!
