They were so quick to take my $658 for the Tao Tao electric kids Ek80 48V 80cc go cart. However when they brought it out to load it wasnt running.

The guy said someone must of left the key on and ran down the battery. He also said that when I got it home if it didn't charge bring it back and they would make it right. Once I got it home it charged and my grandkids whom I bought it for got to ride it one time and it went dead within an hour. I tried to charge it again, however it wouldn't charge so i took it back and they had it for almost 4 weeks.

During the almost 4 weeks we called continuously without any explanation and or no return calls. Finally went to pick it back up and the only answer I could get was they couldn't get the part ( charger ) for it due to the pandemic corona virus going on. Sucks to spend that much money on a non working product. As a former business owner myself even though their refund policy is none, in a situation like this to make it right would be to refund in full....

VERY VERY VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!! And Zal as the manager / or owner which ever returns no calls at all, nor can you even leave a message for his voicemail is full. Needles to say I'm out $608 for a product that worked 1 hour then stopped working. I now have not only the BBB information to turn them in but also Channel 4 and 5 consumer complaint numbers programmed into my phone.

I will be reporting to them all.

They get a ZERO rating from me even though 1 star is checked. BIG FAT THUMBS DOWN!!!!!!!

The lady at the front is very very rude. She acts like we, the customers, are stupid and she is all knowing.

The man that runs it is very nice but you better get someone else running the front desk, sir.

I PURCHASED A NEW SCOOTER FROM DALLAS POWER SPORTS WHEN IT GOT HERE AND I PUT THE PARTS ON IT WOULDNT START CALL THEM SEVERAL TIMES TALKED WITH A TEC DID EVERYTHING THEY ASKED IT STILL WOULDNT RUN PLUSS THE HEADLIGHT WOULDNT WORK NOT BECAUSE THE BULB WAS BED BECAUSE OF BED WIREING . THEY WONT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCT THEY NEED TO SEND ME ANOTHER SCOOTER AN UPGRADED ONE FOR ALL MY TROUBLES AND STRESS BUT THEY WONT PLAIN OUTRIGHT REFUSE HOPE U DONT HAVE TNHE SAME PROBLEMS I DO CUZ THEY WONT HELP U. I WISH I WOULD OF WENT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY

I went to buy a Tao Tao Thunder he talked me out of it it was a little small for me I'm glad he did I got the tao tao classic the paper tag is not even up yet I have 1200 km on it now no problems I went right to synthetic oil when I was supposed to love the place

I ,just Bought the Tao Tao 50.24 hrs.ago ,took care of arons ,get ready for a function ,afterward ,it stoked in traffic ,shortly I ,pushed it home ,then ,called the store ,tho it was new ,yesterday ,nothing ,then today since opening ,I ,got no results only smart talk as ZAL ,gave no reply ,other I,asked him to replace the Tao Tao 50 ,he Said the manager ,he wouldn't give no straight Answer ,I,lost and it's still under warranty and it's a problem .

These guys sold me a motorcycle with the muffler missing and no brakes. a flat tire , and a leaking gas tank. Didn't find out all the things wrong untill i took it home. Now I'm having engine trouble . The guy wouldn't even let me ride till I bought it and took it home. Took it back to them. The *** Allen charged me to fix the brakes saying that I must have broken them !!! I will never deal with them again !!! I suggest you do the same unless you want to be cheated and lied to. The older owner might be ok. But his son Allen is a shifty one. You can tell he is just trying to see who he can Swindle. By the Way. He tried to Sell me a Quart of Pensoil oil for $10.

Before I knew better. Arround the same time I bought the piece of *** 4 wheeler from them, I had decided I wanted a brand new 4 wheeler. I thought I would have no problems, but was I wrong. I bought a 4 wheeler with a price tag of $499. The younger guy Allen helped me. He's a fast talker. I didn't understand everything he said, but what I did get out of it was that he would give me $150 store credit for my trade in. They charged me $515 in total !!! When I went back, and asked him where the $150 store credit was. He said that they charge $150 for assembly... That was never discussed and it was not on the recipt. I wanted my money back. He then charged me 20% restocking fee on a 1 day used bike. He still got $130 dollars out of me Even after trying, and getting caught Cheating me !!! Allen Riped me off !!! Stay Away from this Place !!!!

So anyway I took my Piece of *** 4 Wheeler that they sold me to get the brakes fixed. The *** Allen said that they charge $50 that would be credited twards fixing the brakes. So I paid it. He then charged me $150 for the parts and labor. I asked him where the $50 credit whent? He told me that the $50 was non-refunable, and was a Estimate fee... He lied !!! It was not a credit at all. Don't Get Lied to and Suckered Like I did !!!

My brother has a motorcycle that had a pin in the back that held the chain in place break. He came here to find a replacement part. They were going to charge him $20 for it. He thought it was too high an amount. He then found the same pin for $6 at a near by motorcyle outlet store. Trust me Go anywere else For your Motorcycle Needs. They are just trying to rip people off !!!

First of all me and my brother went looking for a used atv, I didn't expect a brand new atv so maybe some minor issues but not the headache that ensued. We bought a 90cc atv for 250 and he assured me that it ran perfectly well and would even make sure the atv would run.

When we get home the atv's muffler disintegrated into tons of little rusted pieces. Then the fuel tank had a dime size hole in it and leaked gas all over the place. The brakes for the bike only worked for 10 seconds and didn't realized it until my brother was going down a steep hill. We took the atv back to see if they could at least fix the brake and they said they would fix it for a 50 non refundable deposit PLUS parts and labor.

We decided to go ahead and fix the brake and the total bill came out to be 150 + the 50 non refundable deposit. at this point we could have bought a brand new atv. They said they were going to fix the tank as well but when we got the bike home we found that all they did was put jb weld on it and it was still leaking. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!

THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND ACT LIKE THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR! I couldn't be more disappointed. We decided to trade the atv in to them for a 150 credit toward a brand new atv. When my brother came home I looked at the recipt and not only did they not give us a credit but they over charged us for the atv.

At this point me and my brother were livid plus the new atv axles were broken when we took it out of the truck. WE took it back and demanded a refund and our original bike back.

These people f*$$%@ us over so bad and they have terrible customer service. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, unless you like getting screwed over and treated extremely poorly.

Ok, first off let me say they advertised the price @ $749.00. + free this and free that.

After paying $1050.00 which is fair considering the standard $200.00 for title and registration plus tax it comes in where it should. My complaint (1) no free helmet or trunk or gloves. I know the ad said one of the three were free. (2) warranty period 1 year.

Well they won't even honor the warranty one month after your purchase. I took my scooter in for its first oil change, as I live in a high rise and can't do it in the parking garage, and I mentioned a few problems which I had noticed like the front tire wouldn't hold air....no it wasn't just a normal flat....I took it to a tire shop and guess what? Tire and valve stem were ok....the problem? Bad rims.

After arguing with the guy, I think the owner, he refused to even look cause "wheels" aren't covered. He meant tires I'm sure but English translation of Chinese warranty, well, "it no goo"?? I'm sure they meant good. So atlas I replaced a rim less then 30 days after purchase.

And no, I didn't bend or even hit anything that should or could have caused his damage....there were other things but you see I'm not getting anything from them.

To make matters worse, I am sitting at 60 days, my temp tags are about to expire and I think they failed to file for my tile and registration. Go figure.

May 12th we visited Harry HInes in Dallas (shoppers row) to buy some ATV's. We knew we were not buying a yamaha / honda but we did not expect to buy a piece of *** that.

They ran at the shop and when we got them home they all died and would not start again. We called the shop and they gave us the run around and said all sales final. I get that all sales are final but on a working product. You can not sell me something that doesnt work and then say all sales are final.

We had to go buy new batteries that cost a few hundred dollars and so all i have to say is lesson learned. They have an F rating with the BBB and Ali is a liar and *** bag.
