Oil Change Review
I take truck that we use to work with , without truck we can not provide service for our clients . Truck is under warranty but they do not have parts , understandable. Says the next day they are only doing oil changes which is a Saturday. So it will be Monday before our company is able to conduct business again because tomorrow they are only doing oil changes , wow

I bought a used car from Dallas Dodge back in Feb 2011. The deal between the sales team and myself I have to say was the best I ever had. The problem occurred once I entered the finance dept. I was look for a 60mth car note which wasn't happening, so to convince me to sign a 48mth note they informed me that I could have oil changes for 2yrs free, and a limited warranty on my care for 24k miles. My wife and I discussed it and we agreed. Bad move, later that week i review the paperwork more in detail and see that i was charged for the warranty! So now im in the process of canceling it. Gets worse, 3weeks ago i go in for my free oil change and guess what? I have zero free oil changes. Last but not least, I purchased my car back in Feb.2011 and my paper plates ran out on the 20th of April and I have yet to get plates or even new temp tags. So to all please stay away from Dallas Dodge off of 635.
