Not getting merchandise
I placed an online order for a hooded sweatshirt on Dec. 15th. The website said guaranteed for x-mas if ordered by the 16th. Paid through PayPal and payment went through. Waited a few days, tried to check for order online but no way to track it. Finally on 12/24 I emailed them. Tried to call them, no answer. Had to give an IOU as the gift! Embarrassing!!! Did online chat with them on 27th and the rep. Told me order will be cancelled because they ran out of stock! Asked me to call the toll free #. Was told they would refund my money. Yippee that’s great but I still owe someone a gift. They could not give me a substitute because items are on sale and they cannot double discount. I’m pissed because Not One person responded to me UNTIL I called. When I told the rep. this on the phone she said they don’t contact you if your order does not ship it is up to you to call and check on the order. Seriously! When they went to pull the item and it was out of stock, why didn’t they notify the consumer so you can make another choice? Shame on you for not having policies in place so your customer is not left hanging.

Went to the pro shop for the first time and had the experince of a life time. Amazing stadium and the pro shop amazing. Everyone there was so nice. But one in particular was very attentive. Thanks Debra for helping me find the items i needed. If you are ever at the Pro Shop at Att Stadium ask for Debra.

WHAT I WAS TRYING TO SAY IS THAT MY LATE HUSBAND AND I HAD BEEN DALLAS COWBOYS FANS EVEN WHEN THEY WERE A LOSING TEAM.

I HAD A $50.00 GIFT CARD THAT A FRIEND HAD GIVEN MY HUSBAND BEFORE HE DIED IN 2004. I KNOW THE CARD WAS OLD, BUT I HAD CALLED ANOTHER PRO SHOP AND THEY SAID THE CARD WAS STILL GOOD. THE PRO SHOP AT THE STADIUM WOULD NOT ACCEPT MY CARD, SO I HAD TO USE A CREDIT CARD FOR MY PURCHASE. THEY SAID THE CARD WAS STILL GOOD BUT I COULD NOT USE IT AT THE STADIUM. THE NEXT DAY I CALLED THE PHONE # AGAIN ON THE CARD AND THEY SAID IT WAS NOT A VALID CARD NUMBER. I CALLED THE STADIUM PRO SHOP AND TALKED TO THE ASST. MANAGER AND HE SAID TO CALL A PERSON NAMED COPI GILLIAN, AT 972-785-****. I CALLED THE NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES AND I LEFT 2 MESSAGES AND THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED MY CALLS. I HAVE ALSO BEEN BOUNCED BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN THE PRO SHOP AND THE NFL AND NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING. I WOULD VERY MUCH LIKE TO GET THIS PROBLEM TAKEN CARE OF AND TO GET A NEW CARD OR SOMETHING. MY LATE HUSBAND AND I HAVE BEEN DALLAS COWBOYS THRU THE LOSING AND WINNING TIMES, I AM NOT A HAPPY COWBOY FAN RIGHT NOW.
