Hatch
- - Hatch won't go up with the latch button.
- - Dealer had the car for 5 weeks.
- - Hatch drops for no apparent reason on a new 2024 Ford Edge.
We've had several issues with the hatch. At first it wouldn't go up when the latch button was pushed.
Called car dealer. Car dealer had car for 5 weeks .maybe a little better now but still not working correctly for a brand new 2024 ford edge purchased in December 2024. Now again with the hatch, it goes down for no apparent reason.
Several people have had the hatch come down their heads .. in my opinion this is not acceptable for any car and not a new car.

Before we had our first oil change the car was in the shop for our rear hatch. Numerous times it wouldn't open.
For this reason the edge was in the shop for 5 weeks. Still not to my satisfaction. Now last week the rear hatch will close for no reason!.
It's hit several heads in this process. The hatch on this car is a total nightmare .
