TOTALLY OVER SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN TALLAHASSE FLORIDA

i TOOK MY CAR IN BECAUSE THERE WAS NO SOUND COMING FROM ANYWHERE IN VEHICLE. THEY CHECKED AND DETERMINED I NEEDED A NEW RADIO SINCE THERE WAS SIX COMPONENTS THAT RUN THROUGH RADIO.

THEY REPAIRED IT AND THEN TWO WEEKS LATER THE SCREEN IS FLASHING, TOLD THEM I THOUGHT IT WAS A LOSE WIRE FROM WHEN THEY REPLACED RADIO.

THEY DIDN'T EVEN TEST DRIVE SINCE IT DOESN'T HAPPEN UNLESS MOVING. TOLD ME THEY WOULD NEED TO KEEP CAR OVERNIGHT BECAUSE THEY MIGHT HAVE TO TAKE DASH APART AND SINCE I NEEDED MY CAR THEY WOULD PUT ME ON LIST FOR A RENTAL FROM THEM, THATS BEEN THREE WEEKS AGO AND NO WORD.

Problem with repairs

My son brought 2018 Camaro in for repairs on April 4th picked it up yesterday, still the same problem he has warranty with fidelity. He paid $1000 for the repairs also still same problem cooling fan not working on car and he really wanted it repaired today is his birthday.

The mechanic told him today was his birthday too. I dont like the customer service and the way hes being treated no loaner car just car less.
