Purchased a pair of boots material is coming apart at te sole just garbage I will let everyone know $240 later second pair in 14 months

Shoes defect
I buy Dakota shoes from Marks but for shoes having defects from toe. I visited Marks but they dont take shoes 100 days and older and told me to contact the Company.
I am your regular customer for the last eight years. Please do the needful.

For Dakota to make an improvement
Just bought my 3rd Dakota Hi-Vis T-Max freezer jacket. The jacket is great but in both cases Ive had to toss out a perfectly good jacket due to a non functioning zipper.
Would like to see Dakota upgrade the zipper in these jackets. Thanks

I bought a pair of safety shoes a little bit how much do year and a Home mesh on top is all gone terrible I don't think I'll ever buy another pair again they're very comfortable the bottom looks like they're new but the tops looks like terrible

Bought a pair of dakata boots ( 250 dollars ) ,they are now 1 year old. They split where the sole is joined together.Brought them to a shoe repair shop, he states cannot be fixed, asked him, defective boot, he just smiles.Marks work warehouse states sorry warranty is only 100 days.
No more dakata . That company should start reading the reveiws of their product.

Dakota work boots for women are garbage
So I bought a pair of boots from you a few years ago, I bought them comfortable and they stretched out horribly and ripped all along the back. I thought it was my mistake so I bought a new pair of boots less than a month ago, got them extra tight to account for stretching, they've now stretched out so much that they're too big for me, and they're ripping along the top of the ankle brace.
Most of your women's boots are horribly pretentious so my choices were already limited unless I wanted to wear screaming pink ones. Not every women squees at anything pink, and us working ladies DO expect that our boots last longer than a month.
What a waste of $150. I've been in construction for 10 years and I will never waste my money on your boots again.

Just happened to come across your post. Dakota Outerwear is a US company based in North Dakota that sells major brands of boots, but is not the manufacturer of the Dakota brand boots you are referring to.
Marks Warehouse has trademarked the Dakota name in Canada, and the boots are made in China and are private labeled under Marks trademark, and are sold only by Marks Warehouse. Dakota Outerwear has no connection with these boots - we don't make them or sell them.
We receive several calls a week in reference to the poor quality, and have no option but to refer folks like you back to Marks. Sorry for your experience, but there is no way for us to warranty someone else's product.
