Resolved: I ordered a Christmas meal, spent over 150, guaranteed deliver in less than three days, ordered in plenty of time to go ground next state over, still has not even shipped out!!!! Order was placed on
- - Promised next-day shipping, but the order hasn't shipped.
- - Told it would ship today, but not picked up.
- - Says it was boxed and packaged a week ago.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
This is ridiculous!!! When I placed an order with shipping, they assured me that the meal would ship the next day.
I have called every day and keep getting the same response that it definitely will ship today. As of today, it still has not even been picked up for shipment. I was also told a week ago that it was in a box and packaged.
Food poisoning at its finest. I will never order from Dakin again!!!
