- - The staff was helpful and offered a free replacement due to the Xmas order delay.
- - The replacement was posted immediately and I was very impressed.
The young lady was most helpful and as my order for Xmas had been delayed I was offered another product at no cost to compensate me and ensure I got a present to my daughter for Xmas day and they posted it immediately.
