Training for the staff and Managers!

Hi! Please allow me to give feed back at Daiso Pavilion mall. I’d like to elevate this because as part of your growing company I/we want to have a good and proactive people. Manager on duty was very lazy. Today, December 10, 2019 around 12:50pm looking for a certificate holder. I ask the staff if they have available certificate holder then she transferred me to the Manager. I am very disappointed to her, with her poker face “dito sa likod” . After that looking for black color 11pcs. Im trying to reach her “pero nakaupo na sa gilid” parang hindi Manager. Please give some feedback to resolve the negative feedback to her not only for her also for your company as well. Thank you!

Arrogant cashier of Market-market2 tafguiv

The cashier of Market-Market branch namely Camille is a arrogant staff. Today, I'm on the line to pay,when she open her cashier line. I tried to switch my line to her side because I'm with my son on a stoller, but she refused to assist me and get a customer to other line. So I go back to my previous line. Then suddenly a woman fall in line to her and she assist it! I tried to check if that woman a senior but she didn't show any senior card! Then a guy fall in line again and she also assist him!!! >:(
