Too expensive for me to afford. This is ridiculous.

Having to type in hundred syllables just to get a phone number. What kind of company does that? Im just trying to talk to customer service. I will not deal with this company ever again and I will not recommend it.

thank you for your time and issue Hopefully it will be rectified. I dont know what else to say except around the lawn so I can get my phone call returned.

I have a issue

I cannot reach them and it's impossible to sign in. Everytime I change my password, they say it doesn't match and I know I typed it in correctly.

I just gave up. Their ph #s listed are in non working order. I'm so done with them.

Their clothes are too expensive. Going back to stitch Fix.

They won’t cancel my acct

DAILYLOOK - They won’t cancel my acct

I have repeatedly tried to cancel my acct. I call and try to chat and am told its not business hours even when it is.

I have emailed Rachel my stylist with no response. I want to the customer service email and the response is the box is on its way so you cant cancel. WTH!!!

I moved I cant get anyone to help. Pam

I want to cancel my account

I called the numbers provided and an automated message said it was outside of the normal business hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. I called at 3:00 pm The message also recommended I call (the same number I called ) for further service.This is maddening!

Please note that i ordered dhoti suit 10 days back. I received the order on 11th Oct but i didnt find the items i ordered .Intead of dhoti suit i got some saree in damaged condition.

I am not at satisfied with the service and the money cash INR 1290 which i paid to courier boy is now worthless.

I need my money back at any cost and i want to return the stuff which i have received in form of saree.
