We’re not thrilled that 1/3 of our garage sale advertising window was eliminated because of no address, but I do believe your timely response was good and fair. On a side note, using my Daily Herald iPhone app, I do not see any link to the classifieds; I had to Google to find them. Also, trying to initially reach someone to fix our problem was not easy, as the customer phone number only listed home or business circulation delivery issues, not user friendly.
No newspaper delivered
Make calling for W replacement easier . Have been trying for 10 to reach newspaper customer service.get paper delivered timely

I did not receive my paper on Nov 19 & 20. There was an automated system that would not let me talk to a person. Today I did receive the Nov 20 & 21 paper but still no 19 so I feel I should not have to pay for it but I cannot talk to anyone about it.
I tried calling in to report that I have not received a newspaper for 2 days. I want a refund for those 2 days (Nov 19 and Nov 20)..
I also wanted to talk to a person to see how the refund would work but the voice would not connect me to a person. Most websites make this possible.
It appears you want to hide from customers who are paying you an arm and a leg.

Last week I received on paper at the regular time out of seven. The last day of the week I received a paper mid day after my complaint. I am considering cancelling my subscription.
Delivery is inconsistent. Paper sometimes in neighbors driveway and sometimes correctly on mine.
Today, Jan. 1, 2024 NO paper. Yesterday, December 31, 2023 NO paper. Delivery time is inconsistent.
If there were an alternative to Daily Herald, I would be subscribing to it.
Im a person who likes a morning paper. Apparently, DH needs to solve delivery issues.
