I'm shagul Hameed ,I bought Daikin ac on October ,,,I faced an issue on last 10 days ,,,your customer service person verified that and they told there is an coil prblm they committed will replace with in 2 days but more than 2 weeks over they haven't changed the coil ,,,they keep on telling still they didn't receive coil frm the head office ,,, really very worst service from Daikin ,,this is a summer season we are facing soo much trouble ,,,we bought Ac only for the brand of Daikin why should we contact cool zone ,,,very worst behaviour frm Them they didn't pick the call even ,,, if ur not able to satisfy customers needs means don't give warranty and don't give false commitment to cheat people ,
