Worst customer service & ripped me off
The sarcasm and rudeness from the owner Kevin Caricato is unlike anything I've ever experience from a company I spent money with. Very childish and disrespectful and is attempting to charge me a restocking fee for an item that I returned because it was defective. He seemed to argue through me, the customer, about what Denon was telling me was incorrect and he was right. All the troubles I had seemed to point toward he and Denon do not have much of a relationship, but yet he still sells their products. First off when you call the company Kevin answers with a simple "Hello" He has been rude to me on the phone on two separate occasions. The last time he was acting the way a disrespectful teenager would being condescending with every sentence. Denon needs to really take notice of what's going on with this company that is representing them.

NEVER buy from this company if you live outside the US. We were sent a defective Denon AVR 3311CI receiver and were told that nothing could be done because the product was now out of the US. So much for "proudly standing behind the products that they sell" They were unable to get it fixed under warranty because it was out of the country now and were not willing to pay for me to return it. I have bought many things from the US and this is, by far, the worst experience I have had to date. I'm NOT impressed!
