I placed an order 1 month a go for red chile.Theyadvertise 2 to 4 days to process the order. They deposit my money next day.

2 weeks i phone left a message , emailed them ,. No response tried again both ways with no response. I tried again . No product no response.

Good thing it was through paypal i recieved my money back after putting ina complaint with paypal. I will never recommend this compny to anyone..

Overall I love shopping at Dhgate.They have many of the items that I look for. Sometimes you would often times have to rename it by a couple of words.

Like to find American items you have to change not only the beginning letter but the last letter. Often times I would love to search an item and find it directly.

But I know that the website might face some bad suing issues with the united states. Other than that I love the service and the price is negotiate able than other retailers.Further more I would love if the website had more coupons than offers so it would be more reasonable for customers too return.

I have done business with this company since 2006, and up until several years ago it was outstanding. Several years ago the company was sold to another owner.

Now the service is awful. Almost two months ago I ordered green chile powder, red chile powder, and five lbs of frozen green chile. Two weeks later the powders showed up, but the frozen green chile has not, even after I left several voice mails, several emails, and one website message. I am afraid a really good product is now not reliably available through this company.

I hope they can fix this. I really like Hatch chile.

Ordered red chile last year and did not receive--one contact said that weather had delayed and/or damaged orders. They said they would get back to me--still waiting!

Ordered red chile this year--no chile--no refund--no contact--they don't reply to email or phone calls.!!!

I have tried contacting them several times, last year and this year. no response whatsoever!!

There are no more words to enter to total 100!

No product, no refund, no response.

I only need 36 more words to make this effective?????

I can't think of anything else other than paid thru Paypal and their resolution process is to "work with them!"????

This is the 4th time I've placed an order from this company. They're not the most professional, but the chilis were very good so we put up with the strange auto emails, etc.

This time they charged my c/c right away, but didn't bother to inform me that my order was delayed because they ran out of chilis. They agreed to cancel the order, however weeks later I still haven't received the refund, nor have they responded to any of my emails requesting status.

I have enlisted the help of the credit card company, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointing -- don't order anything from these people.

I ordered from DA Gift Basket and didn't hear anything for a while. I went on vacation and asked them three times to delay shipping until after I got back.

Needless to say they shipped my frozen chiles while I was out of town. My order was wrong and when I sent them an email (because they never answer the phone) they they argued with me and they would not replace my chile. They also said they never received the three emails I sent them Bull ***!.

Lyn is a ***! Do not buy from them or you will be sorry.

Da Gift Basket has yet to fill my order but has charged my account , Simple in stock order according to their website but no order has arrived . Order was placed 15 days ago with a 3 day shipping fee from Fed Ex.

Haven't received tracking order number so I am sure it has not been shipped ( My husband is a Fed ex employee and assures me all orders are required to have numbers to be shipped. )Have called the support number several times throughout the day no answer!!!! Have emailed 3 times to the various contact addresses.... no replies!!!!!

Save your hard earned cash for a vendor who will honor prompt completion of orders.

This is my third time ordering from this vendor. The first and second times were prompt and accurate but this time, it has been 15 day since order and I had it shipped 3 day fed ex .

I know it hasn't been shipped because there is no tracking number. My husband is a fed ex courier and tracking numbers are required!!!!! I have called NO answer no matter what time of day and I have called at various times believe me !!!! I have sent 3 emails....

NO RESPONSE of any kind. Save your hard earned money for someone who will promptly service their customers.

After placing my order with Dagiftbasket. I heard nothing.

Upon seeing my account debited I contacted the company via e-mail and they apologized for the delay, saying they had a fire,that my product had shipped. Two weeks later still no product. I have left voice mail, and subsequent e-mail. No product no satisfaction.

I checked my records and indeed I had ordered this product from the company the previous year and had experienced the same thing, take the money and then get around to delivery of the product whenever they feel like sending it along.

I will not ever order from this company again. I suggest if you are reading this that you save yourself the aggravation and find another vendor.

So I placed an order for my husband that was over seas and wanted certian food products from nm . DA GIFT BASKET after several calls and emails finally decided to mail me our order about 8 weeks later , still 4 months later have never recieved a refund for 50 dollars worth of food they did not sent (in the check out it said frozn foods would be shipped dif but never gave me an opption to pay for the shipping but still paid for the food !) very angry that my husband an AMERICAN SOLDIER COULD NOT GET ALITTLE HOME FOOD (he did anyways) BUT NOT FROM THIS P O box scammers !
