Theres good food here and I've been going here for years but now I may change my plans.
I went here yesterday and ordered food over phone. When I picked up the large $125 order I made the mistake of not checking everything was there.

They]] forgot 3 (only got 1) baklavas in my order and gave me the 2 containers of wrong mustard. When I got home and noticed the mistake "they" made I immediately called the restaurant and informed them of the error and was promised comped 2 baklavas by a manager named Daniel for my trouble to drive 20 miles back to trade in the mustards for the correct ones. When I got there, there was a bag with 3 scones and 1 baklava. I told them I already had the scones that were ordered in the first order.

And that I was promised 2 baklavas not 1. A manager was summoned and 15 minutes later when the manager arrived, after a breif discussion where I was told 1 baklava was promised by Daniel whom was not a manager and was not even there. I left with 1 baklava for my hour of wasted time driving back to get my mustard that was wrong.They were adamant at giving me one $5 baklava for my trouble. My bad for not reviewing my order over the phone and not carefully inspecting my order before I left the first time.

Or they as responsible sellers should have reviewed my order with me. But they're making me wait for 15 minutes to kabitz and quibble with me over an xtra baklava was rude and disrespectful to the buyer. The service I got for my trouble by their mistake was wrong. In the end always review your phone order and check your order before you leave the establishment.

DZ should have given me 2 baklavas for my trouble. And as far as the mustard was concerned I looked directly at the clerk and spoke clearly and slowly when I told the clerk the type of mustard I wanted???

They should have comped me a meal for my trouble??? I also tipped the to go order $5
