Like most recruiters, they overpromise and undeliver. They are a Mega million dollar company that is run like a Mickey Mouse outfit with Goofy in charge. They forget that the drivers are what made the company what it is and they pay them so little now. "Guaranteed" minimum is not guaranteed!
