Writing of my experience with D & R Auto

I had bought a car from D & R Auto years ago and it was on sale and looked like it was the only one that hadn't been in an accident. It lasted for four years.
The last one I had bought wasn't a bad car either and lasted about four years as well.
I don't like how they don't let you take the car on the interstate but you can try it out nearby. Sales are final and won't let you go down on the price but whatever they have advertised.

We bought a car from D & R Carter Lake Iowa. They promised us it was a great car, nothing wrong with the car.
Right away we noticed the air didn't work, they promised us they would order freon & fix that, they never did, now the fans have went out in car so heat won't work. So not heat, air or fan in car. All the warning lights came on right away first day we drove the car. Seats move up & down while driving.
Dashboard electrical lights, gauges, defective, can't see how many miles are on the car, camera was removed from car so that feature doesn't work. Locks defective, windows defective, door panels falling off & were screwed into place to make it look as if they were actually working. Already had t buy a $200 battery for car, pay someone to put it in & buy tools to put it in. Car lot keeps saying we bought the car as it: however they lied to us about condition of car.
We told car lot we don't have money to do any repairs right away & they assured us this was a safe reliable car with no issues.
They lied. We tried to return car first day & car lot refuses to take the car back, refund any money, fix air as they promised or do anything at all beyond taking all our money.
Preferred solution: Full refund
