Don't use this company when valeting your vehicle. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Original review Sep 16, 2025
On June 20th we stayed at the Marriott Fairfield in Pittsburgh. This Marriott contracted the parking of vehicles to D&P Valet Services LLC.

Self-Parking was not an option.
Upon getting our vehicle back from the valet upon departure from the Marriott we found that the right rear quarter panel had been damaged as there were scrapes and black marks across the panel.
We brought this damage to the valet as well as the Marriott personnel including the front desk person as well as Crystal Kertyecek, who stated that they would inform Mohammed Osmen the General Manager of this Marriott.

The Marriott claimed that D&P Valet was a third party vendor and that they were not responsible for any damages done by D&P Valet.

Upon contacting David Jason at D&P Valet he stated that the damage done was too small for them to file a claim with their insurance company, but they would pay the out of pocket costs of repair to the vehicle.

(This is all documented in texts).

Upon agreeing to a reimbursement of $300.00 to repair the right rear quarter panel they asked for our address so that they could mail a reimbursement check. It has now been over 30 days since D&P was given our address and we have not yet received reimbursement for the damages done to our vehicle.

I should mention that D&P Valet has been non-responsive to texts and phone calls in the last 30 days as well.
Loss:
$300

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Beware of firms that lie to clients and have no honor
