Mr. Joseph Volgyi has managed to demonstrate poor judgement in the past... but his most recent lapse of judgement may just prove to be his most epic.

Whether it was lying to his customers... leaving behind a long list of violations... thumbing his nose at the state... or fleeing the country with money that was not his... Joe always managed to find an escape.

But you see... recently, Joe was found guilty in a court of law and ordered by a judge to pay restitution and court costs... but since he's no where to be found... a capias warrant was issued in his name. And since we knew he left the US... a copy was sent to INS.

How can someone who calls himself a man, run away from his family and the mess he left behind... and not think this wouldn't catch up with him later on. What happens when he needs medical treatment that's only available in the US... or what happens when he simply wants to return to see his grandkids.

Wow! That's some short sightedness right there.

Well, it seems that after bilking thousands from former customers and other contractors... and leaving behind a long list of violations, Mr Volgyi decided to take their money and left the country.

Mr. Volgyi is a foreign refugee that is presently operating a questionable construction business based out of Cumberland, RI.

He contracted with me earlier this year to perform services at one of his customer's properties in MA.

Soon thereafter, he requested I also finish up on other jobs in MA that were apparently left incomplete... but after consulting with building officials in those towns, it was discovered that each one of these jobs was in violation because he did not comply with state building codes and simply walked away. In fact, he has a long record of violations and not paying his subs.

If you've had contact with Mr. Volgyi, you may want to reconsider until you do some research on your own.
