Sterns and foster mattress sagging
nothing new has happened
I bought a Sterns and Foster mattress from D&D Mattress. I have had the Mattress since June of 2013.
It is like sleeping in a hammock. Between my wife and myself we bought over $3,000.00 of both Sterns and Foster mattress as well as a Sealy during this time period. I went back to D&D to register my complaint and basically was told they only sold them they had nothing to do with the warranty that I had to fill out a long list I was given to send to Sealy. My question is: Why doesn't D&D come out and see the sagging mattress and make it right rather than tell me they only sell them.
I am self employed myself and I guarantee I would surely do more than that to satisfy such a loyal customer.
I Don't see the need to go through all this to have D&D verify and replace.
Preferred solution: replace my mattress and box spring
