When a customer requested a cancel 5 days ago and received no response. They clearly don't respond and force the customer to buy the product.

Nothing happened. No response.
Clearly they want to ignore me when trying to cancel a preorder weeks in advance so I'm forced to buy it. Unacceptable practices.

I called in to find out if you have me paying the annual, monthly or both options, but I couldn't talk to a person, there wasn't an option for billing information and the response I got was my account credentials. This was probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I will not refer this service to anybody.

- - 5th edition is my favorite; OGL allows variety; sad to see greed.
Been a DM and Player since the 70s. Have collected all the books for each edition since then.
Many times several copies. 5th edition is probably my favorite edition and all the content creators bring so much variety to the system because of the previous OGL.
Sad to see greed destroy something thats been a part of my life for so long. Guess this is what happens when the people making the decisions arent actually fans of their own product.
Well...There's many other game systems.
